Special Financial Criteria

  • The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or "V" whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderer shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-M of chapter-8 of Tender Document, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Terms & conditions

General Instructions

  • All documents in support of fulfilment of eligibility criteria with respect to completion of Similar nature of work for Technical Eligibility Criteria and Total contract value for Financial Eligibility Criteria should be furnished along with the tender and should be submitted online at the time of tender bidding. Tenders not accompanied by documentary evidence in support of eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected. No post tender communication, in any form will be made or entertained, after opening of tenders, in this regard. Railways may however call for the originals of the credentials for verification or any clarifications/confirmations on the contents of the documents submitted.

  • Tenderers shall note that the submission of other supporting documents namely- Constitution of firm/JV firm, Work in hand, Arbitration/Court Tenderers shall note that the submission of other supporting documents namelyConstitution of firm/JV firm, Work in hand, Arbitration/Court cases,Tools & Plants, Technical Personnel/Man Power and Association of railway Officers, at the time of on line bidding of tender, is important and they shall ensure the same. However Railways may seek clarifications/details/documents in this regard.

  • The tenderer(s) should not put any unusual condition from their side contradicting terms and conditions in the e-tender. Such unusual/contradictory conditions may not be considered.

  • PLEASE FILL IN REQUIRED INFORMATION ASKED FOR IN THE SPECIFIED SPACE IN THE E- TENDER. TENDER WILL BE OTHER WISE TREATED INCOMPLETE AND HENCE WILL BE LIABLE FOR REJECTION.

  • THE QUANTITY SHOWN IN THE SCHEDULES ARE APPROXIMATE AND ARE LIKELY TO VARY ON EITHER SIDE (+/-) AS PER CLAUSE-2 OF SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT.

  • In case of Two Packet System of bidding, after scrutinising the TechnoCommercial Offer and short listing the tenderers, the Financial Bid shall be opened on a subsequent date only for those tenderers who will be qualifying Techno-Commercial Offers as per eligibility/qualifying criteria laid down. The date of opening of Financial Bid will be advised online. The Railway s decision in this regard will be final.

  • It is certified that I am the authorised person to represent the firm and I am authorised to sign the tender and all the documents on behalf of the firm

  • It is certified that all the statement and document submitted with the offer are true and correct.

  • It is certified that we are aware of the fact that this tender offer is made in the full understanding that our offer will be subjected to verification of all the information submitted with this tender.

  • We have read the tender Notice [NIT] detail, Tender document along with all the conditions attached/referred to, in this tender document, and agree to abide by the said conditions.

  • We are aware of the fact that the railway reserve the rights to amend the scope and value of the contract and to reject [or accept] this offer without assigning any financial liability.

  • I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.
