Firm should submit the latest copy of the PO ( copy of PO from Railways/ Govt Agencies / PU / Railways ) of the same item in support of the rate Quoted in the tender.

Bidder to provide item wise compliance of the specification of tendered item along with detailed brochure
Firms approved by Railway Board for the tendered item will only be considered.
The firm should quote only BRAND which is approved by Railway and should not be Generic or Branded Generic
Eligibility In case no offer is received from the firms approved by Railway Board for the tendered item, technically suitable offers received from the firms not approved by Railway Board for the tendered item, shall be considered for ordering. However, firms delisted by the Railway Board for the tendered item shall not be considered eligible.
100% payment against receipt, inspection and acceptance of material by the consignee at destination.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
ROAD DELIVERY In case of Road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/ tender
NEFT/RTGS Payment Para 14.0 of (A) of GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS is applicable.
GST Compliance Item No. 11 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS is applicable.
Recovery of Liquidated Damage (LD) shall be levied @ 1/2% (half percent)of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of liquidated Damages in supply Contracts is 10 Percent of value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specifically in the contract
Delivery free at destination
The remaining shelf life of the offered product should not be less than 80% of the total shelf life or it should not be older than 6 months from the date of manufacture (whichever is more) at the time of supply. In specific cases, CMS may relax this condition on case basis with the written undertaking by the manufacturing firm that the firm will replace unused quantity free of cost before the expiry date of that item with fresh batch. A strict watch has to be kept in all cases of such relaxation.
Each strip/packet/bottle that contains the drug should have a printing/ stamping with inedible ink as INDIAN RAILWAY NOT FOR SALE. Firms are advised to put their Holograms on their products/cartons.
Price variation clause Not applicable
The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. (Denial of this condition not recommended).
Make in India Policy applicable (except PAC Tender) Item No.19 of (B)Tender Terms and Conditions Version 2021/1 is applicable.
Purchase Preference MSEs (except PAC Tender)) Item No.10 Tender Terms and Conditions Version 2022/1.0 is applicable. MSEs firm must enclose the MSE certificate along with the offer for getting MSE preference.
