  • Eligibility In case no offer is received from the firms approved by Railway Board for the tendered item, technically suitable offers received from the firms not approved by Railway Board for the tendered item, shall be considered for ordering. However, firms delisted by the Railway Board for the tendered item shall not be considered eligible.

  • Item No. 1.4 of (B) GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER is applicable. However the purchaser reserves the right to exercise QUANTITY OPTION CLAUSE irrespective of value of contract during the currency of contract

  • I/We agree to abide by the Tender Terms and Condition VERSION 2022/1.0 uploaded on IREPS Portal and accordingly the contract shall be governed by-

    1. IRS Conditions of Contract.
    2. Special conditions.
    3. Instructions to Tenderers & General conditions of contract.
    4. Additional Special Conditions applicable to a particular tender as given under the respective links in the home page of the Indian Railway e- procurement portal www.ireps.gov.in i.e. Railway Board Documents / Western Railway Documents.

  • EVALUATION CRITERIA

    1. The inter-se- position of all offers received will be decided item wise/consignee wise revised spl.conditions of tender.
    2. Firm should offer their quotation consignee wise and also deliver the quantity consignee wise as per delivery schedule mentioned in tender condition. Offers for delivery location/schedule other than tender condition are likely to be passed over.

  • ROAD DELIVERY In case of Road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/ tender

  • NEFT/RTGS Payment Para 14.0 of (A) of GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS is applicable.

  • GST Compliance Item No. 11 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS is applicable.

  • Recovery of Liquidated Damage (LD) shall be levied @ 1/2% (half percent)of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of liquidated Damages in supply Contracts is 10 Percent of value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specifically in the contract

  • Delivery free at destination

Technical-Compliances

  • The remaining shelf life of the offered product should not be less than 80% of the total shelf life or it should not be older than 6 months from the date of manufacture (whichever is more) at the time of supply. In specific cases, CMS may relax this condition on case basis with the written undertaking by the manufacturing firm that the firm will replace unused quantity free of cost before the expiry date of that item with fresh batch. A strict watch has to be kept in all cases of such relaxation.

  • Each strip/packet/bottle that contains the drug should have a printing/ stamping with inedible ink as INDIAN RAILWAY NOT FOR SALE. Firms are advised to put their Holograms on their products/cartons.
