  • This is a Proprietary Article Certificate item and Railway reserves the right to procure the entire quantity from the PAC (Proprietary Article Certificate) holder of this item Viz. MODSONIC INSTRUMENTS MANUFACTURING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED-ANAND or its authorized agent/dealers only.

  • DEALER/AGENT SHOULD SUBMIT VALID AUTHORISATION CERTIFICATE FROM OEM ALONG WITH THE OFFER, FAILING WHICH RAILWAY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IGNORE SUCH OFFERS.

Payment Terms

  • 100% payment against receipt, inspection and acceptance of material by the consignee at destination.

Statutory Variation Clause

  • Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

Standard Governing Conditions

  • The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rate quoted by him in accordance with Southern Railway tender condition available in IREPS Public Documents and Latest IRS Conditions of Contract.

  • TRAINING TO VENDORS ON ENVIRONMENT

    1. Eco-friendly Packing such as Gunny Bags/Carton box is better. Avoid Polyethylene bags of thickness < 50micron.
    2. Reduce Logistic Vehicle: Usage of Railway Parcel Service is preferable
    3. Use of alternate materials like cotton bags/gunny bags(Jute bags) in place of plastic, polythene and wooden packing material shall be followed to the extent possible. It is expected that this would help in reducing the use of polluting materials.

  • Qty tolerance permitted upto +/- 5% of PO qty.

    1. General Conditions of Contract: The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of General Conditions of Contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.
    2. IRS Conditions of Contract: The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

  • Tenderers to acknowledge having read and also accept the Instructions to the tenderers and additional special conditions of Contract as available at Southern Railway Stores Documents link in the e-procurement website.

  • Para 14.0 (C) of Southern Railway tender condition Ver_1_2_2026 is not applicable.

  • Ambiguous offer will be summarily rejected. Terms of offer must be specific and unambiguous.

  • Scanned copy of approval letter from RDSO/ CORE/ PUs etc i.e the Approving Agency indicating current validity along with approval of their QAP etc, wherever restricted procurement from approved sources.

    1. All the bidders/tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per the GST Law. Firms must indicate its GST registration number along with their offer.
    2. The firm should indicate the tariff code (HSN Code) for claiming GST for the tendered item.
    3. The offer shall be evaluated based on the GST rate as quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter-se ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN number.
    4. It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. The Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate, if quoted by the bidder.
    5. Wherever, the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the Purchase order, payment shall be made as per GST rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the Purchase order or billed.
    6. Vendor is informed that she/he would be required to adjust her/his basic price to the extent required by higher tax bill as per invoice to match the All inclusive Price as mentioned in the Purchase order.

  • Any amendment to GST rate or HSN number in the contract shall be as per the contractual conditions and statutory amendments in the quoted GST rate and HSN number, under SVC.

  • Wherever applicable Purchase of the item will be made for ISI products only.

  • Purchase / price preference clause applicable.

  • MSE firm's shall enclose Scanned copy of Valid and current Certificate, together with classification list duly highlighting the tendered items.

  • Warranty / Guarantee clause applicable as per IRS conditions of Contract.

  • Bidders are requested to go through Notification No.8/2021-Central Tax (Rate) MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) New Delhi dated 30th September, 2021 wherein GST rate were revised for certain items.

  • 1) Free door delivery to ELS/AJJ along with Delivery Challan (i.e. Postal Address is: To, The Senior Section Engineer (Stores section), Electric Loco Shed, Near puliya mangalam railway station , Arakkonam 631001 2). Unloading the materials to be arranged by firm. 3). Material has to be strictly supplied within delivery date. Otherwise, Liquidated damage (LD) will be imposed viz. 0.5 percentage per week, upper limit being 10 percentages on delayed supply. 4) If the material is further not supplied within 3 months after the delivery due date mentioned in P.O, then this purchase order will get cancelled without intimation to firm. 5). Along with supply of material, firm has to submit the following documents in original for passing of bill:

    1. Southern Railway bill format No.S.719 duly filled and signed on front page and 2nd page (backside) with revenue stamp and office seal.
    2. Delivery Challan.
    3. Original Tax Invoice.
    4. GST Annexure.
    5. GST Declaration.
    6. Warranty/Guarantee/Calibration Certificate if specified.
    7. NEFT mandate form with complete details.
    8. Test Certificate if specified.
    9. Aggregate Turn Over Declaration Form

Special Conditions

  • 1) EX-STOCK or EARLIER DELIVERY IS PREFERRED .(2) TENDERER SHOULD SUBMIT RECENT PROVEN / EXECUTED PURCHASE ORDER OR INSPECTION CERTIFICATE OR RECEIPT NOTE OR ANY OTHER VALID SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IF ANY ALONG WITH OFFER. (3) FIRM MUST MENTION GST - HSN NUMBER ALONG WITH OFFER. ALL THE BIDDERS / TENDERER SHOULD ENSURE THAT THEY ARE GST COMPLIANT AND THEIR QUOTED TAX STRUCTURE / RATES ARE AS PER GST LAW.
