Special Eligibility Criteria

  • The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity of the tendered item fromfirms having Credential for Supplying Tendered / Similar Items to any of the Zonal Rly or PUs. Clause No 16.4 & 23.0 of general tender condition of Eastern Railway will be applicable.

  • 100% payment against receipt, inspection and acceptance of material by the consignee at destination.

Standard Governing Conditions

  • IRS Conditions of Contract The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

Other Conditions

  • Inspection by TPI if order value above Rs 05 lakhs otherwise inspection by consignee at consignee end

  • 1 ) Material to be delivered direct to Consignee. 2 ) All others terms and conditions are as per IRS conditions of contract and general tender condition of Eastern Railway& Special Condition of Tender 3 ) Firms should submit their quotation through IREPS web site.

Special Conditions

    1. Tendere s are advice to deposit the EMD if applicable as per clause No. 8.0 of instructions to tenderes for e- tenders of Eastern Railway.
    2. Submission of SD Money if applicable in this case per clause No. 9.0 of Instruction to tenderes for e- Tender of Eastern Railway.
    3. The delivery period in this case shall be reckoned from the date of issue of advance P.O/Letter of advance Acceptance /Letter of Acceptance as per clause No. 13.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender conditions. 4 ) Packing instructions : Item must be delivered to Consignee in dry condition with suitable packing. 5) Drawing/specification of tendered item is attached / mentioned with NIT. Any Technical clarification regarding Drawing/specification can be obtained from the office of the DY. CME/C/KPA. 6 ) Price variation clause (PVC) is not applicable and offer with PVC clause will liable to be rejected. 7 ) Guarantee/Warranty (GC/WC) : Firms are advised to offer guarantee/warranty clause as per specification. In case specification, does not specify guaranty/warranty clause then the same Should be offered as per IRS conditions of contract i.e. 30 months from the date of supply. Tenderers to note that offers with guarantee/warranty other than above may liable to be rejected. 8) Validity of offer should be minimum 90 days from the date of opening. 9) All bidders / Tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure /rates are as per GST law. 10) All others terms and conditions are as per IRS conditions of contract and general tender condition of Eastern Railway. 1 1 ) Manufacturers /Supplier trade mark along with name, year and month of Manufacture to be embossed/casting / Punched on the product without hampering functional utility. 12) Bidders should upload documents proving their past supply performance for the same or similar items supplied to this Railway or any other Railway during the three years preceding the tender closing date. Supporting documents may include Inspection Certificates, Receipt Notes, and Payment Receipt Particulars. If these documents are not submitted with the bid, it will be assumed that the bidder has no such past performance. The bid will then be evaluated as per the applicable rules, and no request for these documents will be made later. 13) G.C & T.C must be submitted along with the supply.

General tenders conditions, IRS conditions of contract and the special conditions of tender. 5 ) Have you submitted/uploaded the evidence of tender cost deposited by you against this tender. 6 ) Have you quoted submitted/uploaded the performance statement supported by copies by purchase orders. Receipt Notes and inspection certificate as the case may be. 7 ) Have you submitted earnest money deposited. 8 ) Have you kept your offer valid for 90 days. 9 ) Do you agree to the guarantee /warranty as per specification, and, in case specification does not contain GC/WC, then do you agree GC/WC as per IRS conditions of contract. 10) In case of authorised dealer, have you uploaded authorization certificate. 11) Whether SVC is applicable or Not. 1 2 ) Please mentioned your approved factory address along with of for the purpose of inspection.
