Commercial-Compliance

  • The accepted rates should be deemed to include all taxes direct or indirect including Income Tax leviable under Central/State or Local Bodies Act or Rules.

General Instructions

  • All bidders are hereby informed that for the purpose of submission of Bank Guarantees in connection with Earnest Money/Bid Security, Performance Guarantee/Security, Bank Guarantees towards Advances, Security deposits, etc. shall be accepted from all Scheduled Commercial Bank of India as mentioned in the Tender Document, except those issued by Indian Overseas Bank. The Bids/offers accompanied with Bank Guarantees issued by Indian Overseas Bank shall be summarily rejected.

  • If the date of opening of tender is declared a holiday at a later date, the tenders will be opened on the next working day.

  • GST It may please be noted that the supplier of Goods and/or services for the said tender/agreement, would be subject to GST Act and rules as applicable from time to time.

  • Tenderer may please note that offers received without requisite/mandatory documents as mentioned above, will be considered as invalid tender and for which contractor shall have no claim on Railway.

  • The tenderer s may note that the Railway reserves its right to either accept or reject any Bid/s without assigning any reasons whatsoever and tenderer s shall have no claim s on this account.

  • STUDY OF DRAWINGS AND LOCAL CONDITIONS The drawings for the works can be seen in the office of the Deputy Chief Engineer/CN/MAS/ Southern Railway. It should be noted that these drawings are meant for general guidance only and Railway may suitably modify them during the execution of work according to the circumstances without making the Railways liable for any claims on account of such changes. If there is any variation between the description in the tender and the detailed plans, the Engineer-in-Charge will operate the correct description and his decision is final and binding on the tenderer/ Contractor. The Tenderer/Contractor is required to inspect the sites of works and acquaint himself with the site conditions, availability of approaches for transporting of men and materials, space and other factors relating to the works, availability of labour, electricity and water, etc., before quoting his rates. The extent of lead and lift involved in the execution of works and any difficulties involved in the execution of work should also be examined before formulating the rates for complete items of works described in the schedule. The Tender submitted will be deemed to have been made after such inspection.

  • CORRIGENDUM NOTICE ON IREPS [I]Railway may modify the tender document by issuing online corrigendum through "www.ireps.gov.in" 15 days prior to the tender closing date. For the purpose of CORRIGENDUM in the tender, NIT period is splitted as under:

    1. ADVERTISEMENT PERIOD: The time during which all information pertaining to tender shall be available but offers cannot be submitted
    2. OFFER SUBMISSION PERIOD: 15 days prior to closing of tender, during which tenderers can submit their offer.
  • Tenderer(s) shall note that conditional/alternate offer will not be considered and will summarily be rejected, even though such condition makes them as the lowest tenderer.

  • Applicable for the tenders with eligibility criteria The offer of Tenderer(s) who do not enclose Work Experience Certificate & Financial eligibility Certificate with requisite details, and supporting documents along with their Tender to establish their credentials shall be summarily rejected, even though they are working contractors or contractors on approved list.

  • Railway reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents/information furnished.

The offer shall be evaluated only from the certificates/documents submitted along with the tender offer.

  • I/We hereby Confirm that the rates, rebates and/or other financial terms, if any, quoted by us in the relevant fields of the Financial Bid page will only be the ruling terms for deciding the inter-se ranking, and any such condition having financial repercussions, if quoted by us anywhere else including attached documents shall not be considered for deciding inter-se ranking.

  • After opening of tender, any document/credential pertaining to technical ,financial eligibility and available bid capacity, constitution of firm etc. shall neither be asked nor be entertained/considered under any circumstances and no claim or representation whatsoever from the tenderer in this regard shall be entertained. However Railway reserves the right to ask for any clarification on the documents/credentials already submitted by the tenderer along with the offer.

  • Each page of the tender document will be deemed to be treated as signed/accepted by the tenderer(s) or such person(s) on his/their behalf who is/are legally authorized to sign for him/them
