Provision of One Separate Circuit Breaker (CB) for IGFL Sindurwa, FCI Barabanki, NTPC Unchahar & IFFCO Phoolpur Sidings of Lucknow/NR Division.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees, N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover.

The tenderers must submit attested copy of valid Electrical contractor license along with his offer. Offer shall be summarily rejected if tenderer does not have Electrical contractor license issued by State/Central government.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

Similar nature of Work is defined as Maintenance/Repairs/Rehabilitation/Design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 50 HZ, single phase 25 kV AC OHE. OR Maintenance/Repairs/Rehabilitation/Design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 50 HZ, single phase 25 kV AC Traction sub- station/Switching sub-stations. OR Repairs/maintenance/Design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of sub-station of 132 kV or higher voltage.

Non submission of the certificate, or submission of certificate either not properly filled in, or in a format other than the prescribed format shall lead to summary rejection of your offer. All requisite documents mentioned in clause 1.1.4 of "Special Tender Conditions and instruction to tenderers" pertaining to constitution of firm/concern. (As applicable).

All requisite documents/credentials mentioned in clause 1.1.12.2 of "Special Tender Conditions and Instructions to tenderers" pertaining to his/their technical and financial eligibility.

Tenderers are compulsorily required to upload Certificate as per Annexure - 19 as stipulated in 1.1.3.10 & 1.1.3.10.1 of "Special Tender Conditions and instruction to tenderers" without which the offer will be considered incomplete and will be rejected summarily.

Tenderers are required to upload requisite details in prescribed proforma of Annexure-21, Annexure-18, Annexure- 6, Annexure- 11, Annexure-12, Annexure-13, Annexure-14, Annexure-15, Annexure-16 & Annexure-9 without which the offer is liable to be rejected.

Contractors are allowed to make payments against this tender towards tender document cost and earnest money only through only payment modes available ON IREPS portal LIKE net banking, debit card, credit card etc.Manual payments through Demand draft, Banker cheque, Deposit receipts, FDR etc. are not allowed.

Copy of PAN number and GSTIN number should be submitted.

For verification of documents tenderer has to submit the details of issuing authority and organisation like-Postal address, Name, Designation, Office phone number, Mobile no. and email ID of concerned person.

No post tender correspondence for submission of additional documents shall be entertained after opening of the Technical & Commercial offers. Even suomoto post tender letters of the tender shall be treated as NULL & Void. In case no credentials enclosed or statement to that effect is mentioned, the identity of working contractor of division shall be taken as fresh.

Rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST and other taxes as per extant rule.
