Special Technical Criteria

  • Only contractors, having valid Electrical Contractor's license are eligible. Tenderer should submit a self-attested copy of such license along with their offer. Offers received from tenderers, not having valid licence shall be summarily rejected. (For participating in tender for 25 KV OHE related work, the contractor shall have to possess valid Electrical License of appropriate voltage issued by competent authority to work at site where proposed work is required to be carried out (i.e. in Maharashtra) for compilation of rule of Indian Electricity rules 1956 or as amended from time to time.)

  • The tenderer must complete successfully at least one work of "Supply, erection/ installation, testing and commissioning of 25 KV OHE new work or Electrification /Modification work with 25 KV OHE for railway/private siding or AMC/Outsourcing contract for TRD/ 25 KV OHE. Tenderer should submit a copy of completion certificate for any such work along with their offer. Offers received from tenderers, not having of completion certificate for any such work shall be summarily rejected.

  • Work experience certificate from private individual shall not be considered. However, in addition to work experience certificates issued by any Govt. Organization, work experience certificate issued by Public listed company having average annual turnover of 500 crore and above in last 3 (three) financial years excluding the current financial year, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange, incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date of closing of tender, shall also be considered, provided the work experience certificate has been issued by a person authorized by the public listed company to issue such certificates.

  • Also, the tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one similar work during the last seven (07) years ending on the date of opening of the tender, involving Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Power Supply Arrangement or lighting arrangement for Railway installations or comparable infrastructure.
