(B): Financial Eligibility Criteria CriteriaRequirementThe tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where,V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of RupeesN= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover.The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Form 2B, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. The Form 2B, Turnover certificate and Audited balance sheet should contain Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) of Issuer Introduced by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).Note Regarding Financial Eligibility Criteria:

1. The JV shall satisfy the requirement of "Financial Eligibility" mentioned at para 1.3.12(i)(B) above. The "financial capacity" of the lead partner of JV shall not2. be less than 51% of the financial eligibility criteria mentioned at para 1.3.12 (i)(B)above.
3. The arithmetic sum of individual "financial capacity" of all the members shall be taken as JV's "Financial capacity" to satisfy this requirement.
4. Contractual payment received by a Member in an earlier JV shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV for the purpose of satisfying compliance of the above- mentioned financial eligibility criteria in the tender under consideration.
5. In case the tenderer/s is a partnership firm, the turnover etc. shall be in the name of partnership firm only.
6. The technical eligibility for the work as per para 1.3.12 (i) (A) of Chapter 3, Part I, shall be satisfied by either the 'JV in its own name & style' or 'Lead member of the JV'.
7. Each other (non-lead) member(s) of JV, who is/ are not satisfying the technicaleligibility for the work as per para 1.3.12 (i) (A) of Chapter 3, Part I, shall havetechnical capacity of minimum 10% of the cost of work i.e., each non-lead member of JV member must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of advertised value of the tender.

(A):Technical Eligibility CriteriaCriteria RequirementThe tenderer /JV firm or Lead Member of JV firm must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited:

1. Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or
2. Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or
3. One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender Note : Advertised value of the tender of Rs. 1,36,24,290/- (including GST) (Rupees One Crore Thirty-Six Lakh Twenty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Ninety)i)(A): Note Regarding Technical Eligibility Criteria:
   1. Similar nature of work is defined as "Supply of machine crushed stone ballast for any Railway/DFC/Road works" vide Co office letter No. HQ/GM/(CM)/E-office Computer No. E-16987 dated 02.02.2023.
   2. For technical eligibility, the Bidder shall upload list of similar works completed during last 07 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited as per Form No 2A-II /2A-III/ 2A-IV of Ch.2 of Pt-IV of Bid documents.
