  • The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity of the tendered item on RDSO Approved sources for item id 3100337 sub item ID 3100337001 or their authorized dealers only. Clause No. 16.3 & 23.0 of general tender condition of Eastern Railway will be applicable.

  • 100% payment against receipt, inspection and acceptance of material by the consignee at destination

Standard Governing Conditions

  • IRS Conditions of Contract The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

Other Conditions

  • Inspection by TPI

    1. Material to be delivered direct to Consignee.
    2. All others terms and conditions are as per IRS conditions of contract and general tender condition of Eastern Railway& Special Condition of Tender
    3. Firms should submit their quotation through IREPS web site.

Special Conditions

    1. Tenderers are advised to deposit the EMD if applicable as per clause No. 8.0 of instructions to tenderers for e- tenders of Eastern Railway.
    2. Submission of SD Money if applicable in this case per clause No. 9.0 of Instruction to tenderes for e- Tender of Eastern Railway.
    3. The delivery period in this case shall be reckoned from the date of issue of advance P.O/Letter of advance Acceptance /Letter of Acceptance as per clause No. 13.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender conditions.
    4. Authorized dealers need to upload current and valid Tender specific authorization certificate from OEM along with e-bid failing which their offers will be rejected.
    5. Drawing/specification of tendered item is attached / mentioned with NIT. Any Technical clarification regarding Drawing/specification can be obtained from the office of the Dy.CME /C /KPA
    6. Price variation clause (PVC) is not applicable and offer with PVC clause will liable to be rejected.
    7. Guarantee/Warranty (GC/WC) : Firms are advised to offer guarantee/warranty clause as per specification. In case specification, does not specify guaranty/warranty clause then the same Should be offered as per IRS conditions of contract i.e. 30 months from the date of supply. Tenderers to note that offers with guarantee/warranty other than above may liable to be rejected.
    8. Validity of offer should be minimum 90 days from the date of opening.
    9. All bidders / Tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure /rates are as per GST law.
    10. All others terms and conditions are as per IRS conditions of contract and general tender condition of Eastern Railway.
    11. Manufacturer and supplier trade mark along with name,year and month of manufacture to be embossed or marked/labelled on the product without hampering functional utility 1 2 ) G.C. and T.C. should be submitted along with supply of material, (Test Certificate only accept from NABL Approved Lab.)
    12. Implementation of Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 will be applicable as per para 28.0 of GTC of ER. (5 Lakhs ).

    4. Have you gone through the tender documents consisting of instructions to tenderers, General tender conditions and special conditions of tender, and do you agree and confirm to abide by the instructions to tenderers. General tenders conditions, IRS conditions of contract and the special conditions of tender.
    5. Have you submitted/uploaded the evidence of tender cost deposited by you against this tender.
    6. Have you quoted submitted/uploaded the performance statement supported by copies by purchase orders. Receipt Notes and inspection certificate as the case may be.
