Statutory Variation Clause

  • SVC will be applicable. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/vendor/bidder/contractor.

  • Delivery Period offer should be within proposed delivery period.

  • Firm must mention HSN Code against GST Rate claimed. Quoting correct GST rate is firm's responsibility. No request for correction in GST rate after tender is opened will be considered.GST will be paid at lower of prevailing GST rates for that item for that item or the GST rate quoted.

  • This tender will be governed by Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) revised rules as per Order of Ministry of Commerce and Industry Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade circulated by Railway Board vide letter no 2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt.I (E3322671) dated 20.08.2024 and 2020/RS(G)779/2 (E 3319159) dated 03.07.2023 .

Special Conditions

    1. Make/Brand must be mentioned in the offer.
    2. Rate & GST should be bifurcated clearly in the offer with HSN code of the product.
    3. Firm to submit Test Certificate and Guarantee/ Warranty Certificate along with the supply.
    4. The offer shall remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of opening of the Tender.
