1. Undertaking/declaration from bidders: By submitting bid against this tender I/we understand and declare as follows: I /we have carefully gone through the IRS conditions of contract (included and uploaded along with the bid document) particularly Para 2500 pertaining to Code of Integrity, Misdemeanour and Penalties. I/We hereby certify that no other sister concerns or affiliates (such as having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) have participated in this tender which can give rise to a conflict of interest or fall under anti-competitive practices. We understand that the offers of all such sister concerns including ours are liable to be rejected in terms of the relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions. I/We, affirm that we shall abide by the Code of Integrity in general, with specific reference to conflict of interest [Para 2502 (e)], anti-competitive practices [Para 2502(c)] and obligation to proactive disclosures [Para 2503]. TDS Clause Indian Railways, as recipient of goods and services, shall deduct TDS at the rate of 2% of the value of supplies w.e.f 08.1.2018 where the total value of the contract exceeds Rs 2,50,000 /-, in terms of section 51 of CGST act 2017 & section 20 of IGST act of 2017 as notified by CBIC notification no 50/2018/central tax dated 13.09.2018.
Delivery Period The delivery period in Store Procurement cases shall be reckoned from the date of issue of Advance PO/Letter of Advance Acceptance/Letter of Acceptance.
