Special Eligibility Criteria

The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20% of tender quantity in preceding three years (current year and last three financial year) against single order. The order must have been placed by any Zonal Railways, Production units, PSUs or other Metro Railways (semi- government), Firms should upload proof of past performance, such as inspection certificates, R-notes, and consignee receipt notes etc. as proof of supply.

Manufacture/Supplier's Trademark along with year and month of manufacture to be embossed/marked on the product/boxes/cartons as stipulated in specification drawing.
Materials must be supplied in proper OEM packing. Firm is responsible for any damage during transit.

2. Bidders should upload supporting documents, such as copies of Receipt Notes, Receipted Challans, and Inspection Certificates, to demonstrate their performance and credentials. However, the Railway reserves the right to consider the past performance of bidder with Metro Railway, Kolkata.
3. Firms seeking benefits under the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) category must provide valid documentary evidence issued by the designated nodal agencies as per the Public Procurement Policy. Failure to do so will result in the status of firm being treated as Non-MSE. Please note, traders, dealers and agents are not eligible for benefits under the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs.
