In addition, a valid Electrical Supervisor's Certificate of Competency shall also be submitted, unless the Electrical Contractor's Licence itself clearly specifies the name/details of the Electrical Supervisor along with the validity of his/her supervisory certificate/licence.

Standard Financial Criteria

  • The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V'whichever is less where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees, N=Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. Theaverage annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "totalcontractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balancesheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered forcalculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisiteinformation as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets dulycertified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant dulysupported by Audited Balance Sheet.(In this connection scanned copy of Annexure VIBduly filled up must be attached with offer).

  • Submission of Documents in support of Eligibility Criteria All documents in support of fulfillment of eligibility criteria with respect to completion of 'Similar Nature of work for technical Eligibility criteria 'and 'Total Contract value for Financial Eligibility Criteria' should be uploaded online in the website with scanned copy at the time of tender bidding with the details. No post - tender communication , in any form will be made or entertained , after opening of tenders in this regard .Railways may however call for the originals of the credentials for verification or any clarifications/Confirmations on the contents of the documents submitted .Eligibility of tenderers shall be decided solely on the basis of the documents submitted alongwith the tender offers and any subsequent document whatsoever submitted in this connection would not be given any cognizance on any account.

  • The Contractor/(firm) must go through the entire tender document along with all attachment for any kind of guidance regarding execution of the job & payment there after. In case any thing is left out or not clear then they should consult the General Condition of Contract & standard Specification as attached (uploaded ).The bidders are also advised to preserve a copy of entire tender document/ (Set) for their convenience.
