Special Financial Criteria

  • The Financial eligibility is required as per clause 5(ii) of instructions to Tenderer of Chapter-3. Submission of documents regarding financial eligibility criteria is Mandatory.

  • Financial Eligibility Criteria The tenderer must have minimumaverageannual contractual turnover of V/N or V which ever is less; whereV =Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number ofyearsprescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.Theaverage annual contractural turnover shall be calculated as anaverageof "total contractual payments" in the previous three financialyears,asper the audited balance sheet. Special Technical Criteria

General Instructions

  • Tenderer shall arrange all tools, tackles, men, materialsrequired for the above work.

  • Tenderer(s) shall affix their Digital Signature on thetender documents along with enclosures.

  • The Railway reserves the right to cancel the tender or rejectany or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof

  • Documents to be Submitted Along with Tender

    1. Thetenderershall clearly specify whether the tender is submitted onhis own(Proprietary Firm) or on behalf of a Partnership Firm /Company /Joint Venture (JV) / Registered Society / RegisteredTrust / HUFetc. The tenderer(s) shall enclose the attested copiesof theconstitution of their concern, and copy of PAN Card alongwiththeir tender. Tender Documents in such cases are to besignedby such persons as may be legally competent to signthem onbehalf of the firm, company, association, trust orsociety, as thecase maybe.
    2. Following documents shall besubmitted by thetenderer: (a)Sole Proprietorship Firm: (i)Alldocuments in termsof Para 10 of the Tender Form (SecondSheet) .

  • Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer if HUF:

    1. A copy of notarized affidavit on Stamp Paper declaring thathewho is submitting the tender on behalf of HUF is in thepositionof 'Karta' of Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) and he hastheauthority, power and consent given by other members to actonbehalf of HUF.
    2. All other documents in terms of Para 10 oftheTender Form (Second Sheet)

  • Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer:ifCompany registered under Companies Act2013:

    1. The copiesofMOA (Memorandum of Association) / AOA (ArticlesofAssociation) of the company
    2. A copy of CertificateofIncorporation
    3. A copy of Authorization/Power ofAttorneyissued by the Company (backed by the resolution ofBoard ofDirectors) in favour of the individual to sign the tenderon behalfof the company and create liability against thecompany.
    4. Allother documents in terms Para 10 of the TenderForm (SecondSheet)

  • Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer:ifRegistered Society & Registered Trust: The tenderershallsubmit:

    1. A copy of Certificate of Registration
    2. A copyofMemorandum of Association of Society/Trust Deed
    3. A copyofPower of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign thetenderdocuments and create liability against the Society/Trust.
    4. Acopy of Rules & Regulations of the Society
    5. Allotherdocuments in terms of Para 10 of the Tender Form(SecondSheet

  • The following documents shall be submitted by thepartnershipfirm, with the tender:

    1. A notarized copy of thePartnershipDeed or a copy of the Partnership deed registeredwith theRegistrar.
    2. A notarized or registered copy of Power ofAttorneyin favour of the individual to tender for the work, signtheagreement etc. and create liability against the firm.
    3. Anundertaking by all partners of the partnership firm that theyarenot blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry/Department of the Govt. of India from participation in tenders/contracts as on the date of submission of bids, either intheirindividual capacity or in any firm/LLP in which they were /arepartners/members. Any Concealment / wrong informationinregard to above shall make the bid ineligible or thecontractshall be determined under Clause 62 of the StandardGeneralConditions of Contract.
    4. All other documents in termsof Para10 of the Tender Form (Second Sheet).

  • The schedule given in this NIT shall be read in conjunctionwithtechnical specifications ,scope of work, tenderdocuments,special condition of contract given in theTenderdocument attached with this Tender.

  • Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer ifLLP(Limited Liability Partnership):

    1. A copy of LLP Agreement
    2. Acopy of Certificate of Incorporation
    3. A copy of PowerofAttorney/Authorization issued by the LLP in favour oftheindividual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLP andcreateliability against the LLP.
    4. An undertaking by allpartners ofthe LLP that they are not blacklisted or debarred byRailways orany other Ministry / Department of the Govt. of Indiafromparticipation in tenders / contracts as on the date ofsubmissionof bids, either in their individual capacity or in anyfirm/LLP or JVin which they were / are partners/members.Concealment /wrong information in regard to above shall makethe contractliable for determination under Clause 62 of theStandard GeneralConditions of Contract.
    5. All other documentsin terms of Para10 of the Tender Form (Second Sheet).

  • I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. Further, I/we and all my/our constituents understand that my/our offer shall be summarily rejected.

  • I/we also understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be false/forged at any time after the award of the contract, it will lead to termination of the contract, along with forfeiture of Bid Security/Security Deposit and Performance guarantee and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.
