Operating voltage range shall be 80% to 120% of rated voltage. Burden shall be 5VA in AC and 5W in DC. Audio output shall be 1W with maximum sound level of 104 dB and audible range up to 50 meters. Thermal rating shall be continuous duty at 120% of rated voltage. The buzzer shall be provided with adjustable pitch facility.Make: STC,Yokins, Vaishno, or its equivalent

Statutory Variation Clause

SVC -Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

2. Terms and offer must be specific and unambiguous, otherwise it will be summarily rejected.
The offers shall be evaluated based on the GST rate as quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter se ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN number. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder.
Any request for inclusion of firm's name in a Limited Tender needs to be addressed to AMM/DSD/GOC through official email id: ammdslgoc@tpj.railnet.gov.in. Which should be done at least 24 hours in advance of the previous working day of the tender opening date. Details of past performance, like proof of supply of same/similar item to any Zonal Railways/ Railway Production Units, MSE certificate, OEM dealership certificate,if applicable, and other relevant documents, if any, should be attached along with the request letter for scrutiny and consideration
Green Procurement guidelines- The vendors are advised to
1. follow environmentally sound practices in manufacturing.
2. supply and increase the availability of environment friendly materials duly following RoHS directives by MOEF.
3. avoid the usage of single use plastic for packing purpose.
4. reduce waste generation, specific energy and water consumption
5. Designing of product to have less hazardous substance at end of life time.
6. Allowing the customers to visit the worksites and evaluate the green initiatives taken at their sites.
7. Recycle and reduce the material consumption.
8. Adopting eco friendly packaging materials.
9. adopting proper conservation methods in storage of materials.
10. Commitment to review the objectives for continual improvement towards greener environment and to comply with all the applicable legal requirements.

Special Conditions

All taxes, freight , packing, forwarding and other charges should be quoted in numeric only @financial tabulation, if any make is available specify the make. This tender is governed by GST act 2017.
