Direct On line Starter with 2 sets of 3 pole / 4 pole contactors (2 sets AC contactor coils, 25 A MP each), each set controlled separately by 415V. 50HZ AC Contactor Coils. One set of contactor coil is to be controlled by the forward direction of rotation through an inching type push button and the other set through another inching button to control the reverse direction of 7.5 HP, 3Phase, 50HZ, 415Volts, AC Motor. There must be electrical interlocking contact to prevent both set of contactors to close simultaneously. Each of above push buttons should have one normally closed auxiliary contact and one stop push buttons are required. The starter shall be complete with over load, shall be wired and shall be provided with power plug and socket with locking arrangement as shown in schematic Drawing No.1736/23 and 1737/23 Alt.-1. Each starter is to be provided with 2 Nos. power plug and sockets and 2 Nos. of control plug and sockets. Maximu m Dimension of the starter should not excessed 280mm (B) X 360mm (L) X 162mm (T) irrespective of Dime nsion given in Drawing. Material Specification: IS: 13947 Pt.-4 Sec.-1, 1993, Make: BCH or SIEMENS or Havells or Jeevan or SCHNEIDER or L&T.

  • The Railways reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from firms having satisfactory past performance for same or similar items as per clause no. 16.4 of General Tender Conditions. The firms need to upload copies of performance documents like R/Note, Receipted Challan, Inspection Certificate of the tendered/equivalent items failing which their offers are liable to be ignored. Only uploading of purchase order will not be considered as credential.

Statutory Variation Clause

  • Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

Standard Governing Conditions

    1. General Conditions of Contract: The contract shall be governed by latest version [along with all correction slips] of General Conditions of Contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.
    2. IRS Conditions of Contract: The Contract shall be governed by latest version [along with all correction slips] of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

Commercial-Compliance

  • Authorisation In case of authorized dealers, firm has to submit tender specific authorization/dealership from OEM along with the offer, otherwise their offer will be liable to be rejected.

  • Delivery Place :FOR SSE/MCTR (AWM/Crane-I/JMP)

  • Marking Manufacture name & date of manufacturing (month & year) should be pasted or marked/embossed on the product box/products without affecting the functional utility of the product. The material should be supplied in properly packed condition. Equivalent IS specification will also be applicable in place of DIN specification.

  • Guaranty/Warranty As per Specification/drawing. If not mentioned in specification/drawing, it will be as per IRS conditions of contract.

  • Confirmation You have gone through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenderers, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and you are agreed and confirm to abide by the Instructions to Tenderers, General Tender Conditions, IRS Conditions of Contract and the Special Conditions of Tender.

  • PVC PVC clause will not be applicable in this tender.

  • GST

    1. It shall be the responsibility of the Bidders to quote correct HSN Number and corresponding GST Rate,
    2. The offer shall be evaluated based on the GST rate quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter-se-ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN number,
    3. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder,
    4. Wherever the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the Purchase Order, payment shall be made as per GST rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the purchase order or billed,
    5. Vendor is informed that she/he would be required to adjust her/his basic price to the extent required by higher tax billed as per invoice to match the all inclusive price as mentioned in the purchase order,
    6. Any amendment to GST rate or HSN number in the contract shall be as per the contractual conditions and statutory amendments in the quoted GST rate and HSN number, under SVC.

  • MTC and MGC must be provided by the firm at the time of inspection as well as at the time of supply of materials.

Other Conditions

  • Inspection by Consignee as per MTC & MGC of the material.

  • Material should be properly packed in original packing of OEM to avoid and damages during Transportation.

Special Conditions

  • Liquidate damage Recovery of Liquidated Damage(LD) on delayed supply : Recovery of Liquidated Damage(LD) on delayed supply will cover from the vendor/contractor, as agreed, Liquidated Damages(LD) and not by way of penalty, a sum equivalent to @1/2%(half percent) of the price of any stores(including elements of GST freight etc) which the contractor has failed to deliver within the period fixed for delivery in the contract or as extended for each week or part of a week during which delivery of such stores may be in arrears where delivery thereof is accepted after expiry of the aforesaid period subject to maximum of 10%(ten percent) of total value of the delayed supplies as per clause no.14.0 of General Tender conditions shall be applicable.

  • Tender Governing condition Contract will be governed by IRS Condition of Contract, ER General Tender Condition and any other Terms and Condition mentioned in Drawing and Specification.

  • The Govt. of India policy for indigenous items has to be adopted.

  • GC/WC should be provided during supply of the material.

  • Firm must quote Make/Brand at the time of Tender.

  • Firm must procure Items from its OEM or Authorized dealer. Accordingly, firm should submit original purchase certificate of OEM or Authorized dealer, failing which materials will be rejected
