Railway Reserves the right to purchase bulk or entire quantity from the RCF approved vendors or their Authorized Agent only as per Item ID-2400028010. OEM takes the full responsibility for the quality of the material including warranty obligations and the inspection against order of Railway. Tenderer must mention make/model/brand of the item being offered and there must not be any ambiguity of make/model while quoting the offer.Authorized Agent must attach the Tender specific Authorizations along with the offer otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.

Please refer Para 2.1 of the Electronic Tender condition ITT_Rev_1.21_April _2024 along with all correction slips.

Tenderers not uploading/attach the requisite documents with their offer may note that their offers are liable to be rejected without any further reference.

100% payment against receipt, inspection and acceptance of material by the consignee at destination.

Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

IRS Conditions of Contract The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

Bidders shall strive to make green initiatives such as those that conserve trees, water, energy/electricity, etc or those that result in clean air, water, soil and environment, etc and make efforts for promoting environmental awareness, in view of making our%A0earth%A0greener. Single use plastic should not be used in the packing of%A0the%A0material.

FOR destination rates may be quoted as material is required at the premises of consignee.

Purchaser reserves the right to issue any corrigendum to the tender prior to the due date of opening of the tender, excluding the date of opening. Tenderers are also advised, in their own interest, to regularly check, till the opening of the tender.

5% of P.O. value may be recovered from the firm as General Damages, in case of failure of firm to supply the item.

Consignee

Part supply/Part Payment is permitted.

Offer will remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening or otherwise mentioned.Any amendment to GST rate or HSN contract shall be as per contractual condition and statutory amendment in the quoted GST rate and HSN number.
