  • Material should be delivered at consignee end within DP.

  • Other term and condition as per ER GTC.

  • Tenderer has to specify Make/Brand and Model/Part no. if required in their offer failing which their offer will be passed over.

  • HSN Code must be provided in offer full digit.

  • Manufacturer/Suppliers Trade Mark along with year and month of manufacturer to be embossed / marked on the product/boxes/cartoons as stipulated in specification/Drawing.

Special Conditions

    1. Instructions to tenderers and Eastern Railway General tender conditions are available at www.ireps.gov.in.
    2. EMD will be applicable as per clause 8 and its sub clauses of ER general tender condition.
    3. SD will be applicable as per clause 9 and its sub clauses of ER general tender condition.
    4. Delivery Schedule : Delivery period shall be reckoned from the date of issue of Advance PO/Letter of advance acceptance/letter of acceptance as per clause 13.0 of ER General Tender Condition.
    5. Liquidated Damage : LD will be applicable @ 0.5% per week or part thereof subject to maximum 10% of value of delayed supplies as per clause 14.0 of ER General Tender Condition.
    6. Any technical clarification regarding drawing/Specification can be obtained from the office of Sr.DEE/TRS/ASN Drawing/Specification can also be obtained from this office after payment of requisite cost.
    7. Makers name [and/or Brand] must be mentioned in the offer. If no make is mentioned, it will be presumed that stores will be of own make.
    8. Bidders are requested to furnish the local content means the amount of value added in India. kindly refer to clause 28.0 of Eastern railway general tender condition, as same is applicable for the tender
    9. Contract will be governed by IRS condition of contract, ER general tender condition and any other terms and condition mention in drawing and specifications.
