3. If Tenderer is JV/Limited Company: Copy ofMemorandum and Articles of Association of the company. Powerof Attorney (duly registered/notarized as per prevailing law) bythe company authorizing the person to do/act on behalf of thecompany.
4. If Tenderer is Company: Copies ofMOA(Memorandum of Association) & AOA (Articles ofAssociation) of the company. Power of attorney dulyregistered/notarized by the company in favour of the individualsigning the tender on behalf of the company. Resolution ofBoard of directors in regards of approving Power of attorneyissued.

The Railway reserves the right to verify all statements,information and documents submitted by the bidder in histender offer, and the bidder shall, when so required by theRailway, make available all such information, evidence anddocuments as may be necessary for such verification. Any suchverification or lack of such verification, by the Railway shall notrelieve the bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereunder norwill it affect any rights of the Railway thereunder.

Technical-Compliances

The following document should be submitted along with Tender Form :-
1. List of personnel, organization available on hand and proposed to be engaged for the subject work.
2. List of plant & machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be inducted (own) and hire to be given separately for the subject work.
3. List of work completed in the last three financial years given description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion and final value of contract should also be given.
4. List of work on hand indicating description of work, contract value, and approximate value of balance work yet to be done and date of award.
5. An audited balance sheet dully certified by Chartered Accountant for last three financial years other relevant documents to be given in support of financial turn over. Tender committee shall still examine the over all financial soundness of the tenderers based upon the volume of work handled, turnover, balance sheet etc.

1. In case of item (c) and (d) above supportive documents/certificate from the organizations with whom they worked / are working should be enclosed.
2. Certificate from private individuals, private organizations / private limited company / public limited company (Private sector) shall not be accepted.

Custom

Digital Police verification of labour engaged in awarded work iscompulsory. If engaged labour found without digital policeverification necessary action will be taken by Railway Police(RPF) and execution of work will be stop immediately. Hence,police verification of labour is must to execute work in Railwaypremises. Original Copy of Digital police verification is to besubmitted to this office without fail otherwise billing of work willnot process.
