Railway reserves the right to procure the material only from OEM or their authorized dealers, who must have manufactured & supplied at least 01 no. of same/similar machines in last 03 completed financial years and in current financial year up to the date of tender opening in any of zonal Railways/PU/CORE or any other Govt.organization. Copy of such purchase order(s) with their inspection certificate/Receipt- Note/installation and commissioning certificate etc for establishing the credential must be attached by firm with its offer. Onus of attaching these vital documents lies with the tenderer.

If the tenderer himself is not the manufacturer of the item offered by him, he/she must be duly authorized by the manufacturer of such item. Such tenderers must enclose with their offer a certificate of Tender Specific authorization from the manufacturer otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

1. Reciprocating/Piston compressor
2. Scroll compressor
3. Centrifugal compressor
4. Axial compressor

100% percent payment against inspection, receipt, acceptance of material along with satisfactory installation/commissioning and proving test of M&P subject to submission of performance bank guarantee for an amount of 10% of contract value, as warranty security valid beyond six months from the expiry of warranty period

shall be applicable as per Para 8.1 of IBD (V- 3.0) of ECR.

General Condition of Contract THE CONTRACT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY LATEST VERSION (ALONG WITH ALL CORRECTION SLIPS) OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT (IBD V-3.0) ATTACHED, LATEST VERSION (ALONG WITH ALL CORRECTION SLIPS) OF IRS CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT AND ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS.

Machine provided by tenderer shall be guaranteed for satisfactory performance for a period of 24 months from the date of successful commissioning of the machne. All aspects of workmanship and design shall be covered by this warranty..

Please enter the percentage of Local content in the material being offered. Please 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions

In case of procurement for a value in excess of Rs. 10 crore, the local supplier shall be required to provide a certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (in the case of companies) or from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered account (in respect of suppliers other than companies) giving the percentage of local content. (Refer para 29.2 (b) of IBD (V- 3.0) of ECR for more details).

Inspection by TPI(Third Party Inspection ) Agency.

Packing instruction -Packing as per standard packing or as specified in the specification of the Item. It should be ensured that item should not rub during transportation: The item should be packed with adequate strength. Transit damage if any shall be at the cost of supplier.

GST DECLARATION:-"We hereby declare that in quoting the above price, we have taken into account the full effect of input tax credit available under GST. We, further agree to pass on any financial gain/benefit as may become available in future in respect of all the input tax credit on the date of supply by way of reduction in price and advise the purchaser accordingly". We also undertake that we are aware of the provisions of section 171 of the CGST act and consequences thereof if we fail to comply with the same.

1. Time allowed for commissioning of M&P after supply is 60 days.
2. Inthe event of contractor failure to have M&P commissioned by the time ortimes respectively specified in the letter of acceptance or contract,purchaser may withhold, deduct or recover from the contractor as penalty,a sum @ 2% (two percent) of the price of M&P which the contractor hasfailed to commission as aforesaid for each and every month (part of amonth being treated as a full month)during which the M&P may not havebeen commissioned, subject to an upper limit of 10% (ten percent) ofcontract value.
