Material is restricted to be procured from the OEM or their authorized dealers (with tender specific authorization) only having proven past performance for the tendered item(Door Hinge Pin Dia.16 mm, Length 235 mm for BOSM Wagons, as per RDSO Drawing No. WD-22081-S-12. Alt 4, Item No. 6 (Each set consists of 4 Nos.) / similar item(similar items such as doors or door components of BOSM wagons or other freight stocks of Indian Railways ) . Para No. 2.6 of GCC attached may be referred to, for full details. Bidders are advised to read it carefully before bidding. The tenderers must upload documents pertaining to their credential / past performance for the tendered item/ similar items in Zonal Railway/PUS/Other Govt. Organization, i.e. copy of purchase order corresponding challan, inspection certificate &CRN, R/Note in support of the same to be uploaded. If firm failed to upload/attach the said documents then their offer will not be considered as a valid offer and summarily be ignored. No back reference on either side will be made or entertained in this regard.
The authorized dealers must invariably upload the tender specific authorization from the OEM failing which their offers will be summarily rejected.

100 percent Payment against consignee R Note. Payment shall be made by Sr. DFM/CKP against online bill and documents submission by firm to Sr DFM/CKP.
The contract shall be governed by Revised Indian Railway Standard(IRS) Conditions of Contract September 2022 Version 1.0 or latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS Conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

Warranty will be as per IRS terms and Condition i,e 30 months or as per specification whichever is higher.
Railways prefers free delivery by Road at Consignee end i.e Door delivery basis.
Inspection will be done by respective Consignee after receipt of the material.
DELIVERY OF MATERIAL Material to be delivered directly to the premises of SSE/C&W/BNDM & SSE/C&W/ADTP as per the quantity tendered for them respectively.
I/We also confirm that Rates & Other financial terms, delivery terms & inspection terms quoted in relevant column of respective bid will only the ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted any where else should be ignored.
Time is the essence of contract. As time is the essence of contract, the tenderer are to note the delivery schedule given in the tender schedule and quote accordingly. Vague delivery period or a very high delivery period compared to Railways specific delivery period in the tender schedule may be considered commercially unresponsive and is liable to be ignored.
Technical deviation if any should be clearly mentioned with bid.
