Procurement of various Signage and Stickers

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 4.1 If the authorized channel partners of the OEM are participating in this bid, then they have to submit the bid specific OEM authorization certificate failing whi ch offer shall be summarily rejected. 4.2 The bidders are required to submit the declaration regarding percentage of local content of the offered product(s) from the OEM failing which their offer shall be li able to be rejected. 4.3 Bidders has/have to comply all the specifications/parameters/conditions as re quired also submit all required/mentioned declaration/supporting documents. 4.4 Make and Model offered through GeM Catalogue and through documents submitted along with bid shall be same, failing which offer is liable to be rejected. 4.5 Bidders are required to refer to the deviation clause as attached in the Buyer up loaded Bid ATC. 4.6 Deviation statement (if any) shall be submitted as per details mentioned in Anne xure-A in Buyer Uploaded Bid ATC. All implicit and explicit deviations, remarks and comments mentioned elsewhere in the tenderer’s proposal shall be treated as NULL and VOID and considered wit hdrawn unconditionally. Tenderers may note that conditions deviating from the tender conditions/ des cription/specifications may render the offer liable to be ignored. If bidder fails to submit Annexure-A th eir offer shall be considered with NIL deviation for further evaluation. .

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.
