However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration.   • 1.Register's address of service provider must be from Thane/Navi Mumbai/Mumbai Region Only and the sa me must be uploaded regarding. 2.After awarding of contract an agreement shall be executed between Buyer & Service provider on Rs. 50 0/- Stamp Paper. Expenses paper will be borne by service provider. 3.PF/ESIC code No. must be issued from Mumbai Metropolitan Region Only.
  • 4.An affidavit on Rs. 500/- non-judicial stamp paper stating that the service provider is not facing any blac klisting from an establishment of central govt, state govt, or any Psu/Autonomous body for breach of the a greement. .
