• 1.Experience Certificate for the supply of the same to any Govt/ PSU/ any renowned private organisation along with Supply/ Purchase Order.
• 2.If the agency is registered under MSME or NSIC, then EMD exemption certificate needs to be enclosed.
• 3.Make in india specific authorisation certificate needs to be enclosed.

• 5.Turnover Bidder Turn Over Criteria: The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid document. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be uploaded with the bid. In case the date of constitution / incorporation of the bidder is less than 3 year old, the average turnover in respect of the completed financial years after the date of constitution shall be taken into account for this criteria.
• 6.Turnover OEM Turn Over Criteria: The minimum average annual financial turnover of the OEM of the offered product during the last three years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid document. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be uploaded with the bid. In case the date of constitution / incorporation of the OEM is less than 3 year old, the average turnover in respect of the completed financial years after the date of constitution shall be taken into account for this criteria. In case of bunch bids, the OEM of CATEGORY RELATED TO primary product having highest bid value should meet this criterion.

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 2 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of AIIMS RAIPUR payable at RAIPUR . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.

Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of AIIMS RAIPUR payable at RAIPUR . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses The firm submits the technical compliance report along with the technical bid. The bidder is required to upload a letter of bid (Annexure A) on their letterhead, duly sealed and signed, al ong with the compliance matrix to the technical specification given at Annexure B and all other mandatory documents as a singular document. Some formats are given at Annexure C. In case of non-uploading of th e same, the bidder’s offer is liable to be rejected. Note: Bidders are requested to note that Annexures A, B & C are uploaded as a single document.

• B.Pre-Bid Conference: Bidders are requested to attend the pre-bid conference for clarification on the tend er’s technical specification and commercial condition, on the time, date, and place mentioned in the bid. P articipation is not manda tory; however, if the bidder doesn’t participate or submit any query on or before PBC, no subsequent repre sentation from such bidder regarding technical/commercial/specification/conditi on shall be entertained.
• C.Bidders must submit the Indemnity Bond duly filled, sealed, and signed at all designated places, includi ng signature blocks and witness signatures. On-submission or incomplete execution (missing seal/signatur e/witness signatures) shall result in rejection of the bid without further evaluation. No recall or resubmissio n of the Indemnity Bond shall be permitted after bid submission. Note- Pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-10-2026 at Central store AIIMS Raipur. .
