Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of Goods and Training of operators and providing Statutory Clearances required (if any)

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 2 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.During Pre Bid Meeting site will visit at JAK LI Regimental Centre, Srinagar for installation of the equip ment.
• 2.The quoted rates shall be inclusive of supply, transportation, loading/ unloading, installation, testing, c ommissioning, calibration, training, all taxes, duties and incidental charges. No additional payment shall b e admissible.
• 3.The offered product shall be new, unused, latest model and shall conform to the technical specificatio n mentioned in the bid. Refurbished or end of life products will not be accepted.
• 4.Installation and commissioning shall be completed within the delivery period.
• 5.The system shall carry a minimum 2 years comprehensive onsite warranty from the date of successful commissioning.
• 6.During the warranty period, complaints shall be attended within 24 hours, and defects shall be rectifie d within 72 hours. If repair is not possible within the stipulated time, equivalent replacement equipment sh all be provide until restoration.
• 7.The bidder shall provide onsite operational and basic maintenance training to army personnel after co mmissioning.
• 8.The bidder shall provide all user manuals, warranty certificates, OEM technical literature, Software lice nces (If applicable), and test certificates at the time of handing over.
• 9.The consignee reserves the right to inspect and verify the equipment at any stage before acceptance. Items not conforming to specifications shall be rejected.
• 10.Final acceptance shall be subject to successful installation, testing, commissioning and satisfactory p erformance certified by the Board of Officers.
• 11.OEM/ Vendor should present the physical demo of the product with the datasheet on or before Techn ical evaluation, failing which will result in disqualification in technical bid.
• 12.OEM/ authorised vendor should have TUV SUD certification, UL cerification, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certifications in terms mentioned in BOQ. .
