OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses INSTALLATION PERIOD :- WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY 1) For determination of L1 it may be noted that all bids from various firms have to be on equal terms as pe r terms and conditions. Otherwise bid is likely to be rejected. 2) ANSP reserves all rights to reject any offer with incomplete or incorrect information. 3) Bids are liable for rejection if they are at variance with ANSP Payment terms. 4) In case there is variance between the data given above in this form and else where in the bid the data g iven in this from would prevail. 5) OPTION CLAUSE: reserve the right to place order for additional quantity upto 50% of originally contracte d (ordered) quantity at the same rate and terms and conditions of S.O./ Contract. 6) Where ever number of items are involved L1 will be decided based on the cost Itemwise/Groupwise/Mak ewise and order would be split according. 7) Taxes/ duties quoted as extra in bid will be paid as applicable at the time of delivery against submission of documentary proof within the original period of delivery. 8) Quantity tolerance +/-5% is acceptable for those items/ quantities as per provisions of Government orde rs. 9) In case if there is variance between the terms given in your letter and this Form, the conditions agreed i n this Form would prevail. .

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 1 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.
