  • 2.BPCL General Purchase Conditions(GPC) or General Contract Conditions(GCC) whichever i s attach
  • 3.Undertaking for Land border clause (in given format - on letter head)
  • 4.Declaration regarding Holiday listing (in given format - on letter head)
  • 5.Special Purchase Conditions (SPC) document (If Attach)
  • 6.Technical deviations, in given form (mention 'NIL' in case of no deviation)
  • 7.Commercial deviations, in given form (mention 'NIL' in case of no deviation)
  • 8.OEM Authorization Letter (on OEM's Letterhead) If applicable
  • 9.Bidder claiming purchase preference as MSE needs to submit self-attested copy of “UDYA M REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE” along with valid CA Certificate.
  • 10.Do not mention rate in RFQ. Note:-Deviations appearing in the 'DEVIATIONS FORMS' only will be considered while evaluatin g the offers and Deviations mentioned elsewhere (in any other tender documents) will not be c onsidered. BPCL at its own discretion may accept or reject offers received with deviations. in case of any contradictions in existed condition or tender terms BPCL supersede gem conditi ons. √ .
