In case there is difference in any Parameter of; GeM category specification and specification mentioned in ATC of bid documents/Annexure attached, Parameter mentioned in ATC of bid documents/Annexure shall apply.

- Bidder should submit in writing that they have submitted their offers as per specifications mentioned in “GeM category specification” and ATC of bid document/Annexure attached. Bidders should also submit technical literature/Product particulars of offered product failing which their offers are liable to be rejected.
- Payment condition:-
- The firm should ensure that along with the GST invoices a declaration regarding filing of GSTR 1 is also submitted and the firm must ensure that the invoice numbers and dates mentioned in the GST invoices appear correctly in the GSTR 1 returns Payment for the firm bills will be processed only after the invoice details submitted by the supplier are verified on the GST portal.
