Online UPS (?10 KVA) With Battery Conforming To IS 16242 (Part 1)

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Battery Backup Time Requirement The Buyer's requirement under this bid is a minimum backup time of 120 minutes for the offered Onli ne UPS with battery bank. Accordingly, bidders shall offer, supply, install and commission the UPS system with a battery bank capable of providing not less than 120 minutes backup. The 30-minute backup option appearing as one of the system-generated allowed values in the GeM Category Specification is not the Buyer's requirement for this procurement. Bidders shall q uote the configuration corresponding to 120 minutes backup. The number and capacity of batteries shall be adequate to achieve the stipulated minimum backup of 120 minutes in accordance with the applicable GeM Category Specification and Special Terms & Conditions. After-Sales Service Support Quoted brand must have an authorized service centre within Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Seller must provide a valid email/mobile contact of the service centre. Installation & Commissioning Quoted price must include installation and commissioning at consignee location. No additional maintenance charges during the minimum warranty period. Annual Maintenance No additional AMC beyond the minimum warranty period is required.
