Buyer Added text based ATC clauses OEM Authorization Bidders must upload a Tender-Specific OEM Authorization Letter issued directly by the principal manufactu rer on their official letterhead to qualify in technical bid. This OEM Authorization Certificate must clearly st ate the unique GeM Bid number, along with the name, designation, official corporate domain-specific email ID (free domains like Gmail/Yahoo are not acceptable), and phone number of the issuing authority. The Bu yer reserves the absolute right to cross-verify the credentials directly from the OEM. In the event that the O EM declares the letter invalid, or fails to respond to the Buyer’s verification request within 5 working days ( 72 business hours), the technical bid shall be summarily rejected without further clarification. Base Security & Entry Air Force Station Tezpur is a protected defence establishment. Entry of all contract workers, labourers, sup ervisors and their representatives are strictly subject to requisite document verification e.g. Two valid Govt issued ID (Aadhar is mandatory). The vendor must compulsorily submit valid Police Verification Certificates (not older than 6 months) for all personnel deployed for delivery or execution under this contract. Security passes will only be processed upon successful verification. Bidders are advised to initiate the local police v erification process immediately upon the issuance of the GeM contract to avoid operational delays. The Delivery personnel / Transport Driver/ Courier Rep must be in poss ession of Original Driving Licence of Proper Vehicle Class and Original Aadhar/Voter ID/Ration Card with a Xerox Copy of above-mentioned do cuments. Strictly No vehicle will be permitted in the Premises without above me ntioned Documents due to Security and Safety Reasons. Vendor to intimate well in advance vide official Email before sending t heir Representative or sending Item to buyer address to avoid last min ute rush. Delivery & Inspection Mere physical delivery of stores at the Air Force Station Tezpur guard room/consignee location does not co nstitute final acceptance. Final acceptance is strictly subject to physical unboxing, joint inspection, and fun ctional testing by the designated buyer rep. The Buyer reserves the right to utilize the full window permitte d on the GeM portal to verify the equipment before generating the Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Cer tificate. Past Performance & Adverse Incident Eligibility Clause: The Buyer reserves the right to reject/disqu alify any bid during technical evaluation if the bidder has a documented record of non-performance, contra ct cancellation due to default, failure in technical suitability checks, or an active severe/grave incident on GeM raised by the Buyer/Department for supply of non-compliant items under past contracts. Technical Compliance The items supplied must strictly match 100% of the technical specifications, failure to submit requested ite m as per Tech specs will result in immediate rejection and initiation of a GeM Incident for ‘Supply of Substa ndard/Fake Material’. .
