OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 4.Meal Rate: The veg meal rate should not exceed Rs. 25/- per meal considering the past experience and financial condition of most of the students.
• 5.Food Quality: Food shall be fresh, hygienic, nutritious and prepared using good-quality ingredients. Ad equate quantity shall be served to all students.
• 6.Cooking Gas & Materials: The service provider shall arrange cooking gas, raw materials, utensils and other necessary consumables required for the service.
• 7.Hygiene: The kitchen, utensils and serving area shall be maintained in clean and hygienic condition.
• 8.FSSAI & Compliance: The service provider shall possess and maintain applicable FSSAI registration/lic ence and other statutory requirements.
• 9.Manpower: The service provider shall deploy adequate and suitable manpower for cooking and cleanin

• 10.Inspection: The authorized officer may inspect the kitchen, food quality, raw materials and service at any reasonable time.
• 11.Attendance/Records: Proper records of meals served shall be maintained and produced for verificati on when required.
• 12.Payment: Payment shall be made directly to service provider by the students.
• 13.Poor Service: Repeated poor-quality food, inadequate quantity, unhygienic conditions or failure to pr ovide service may attract appropriate action.
• 14.GeM Conditions: All other conditions shall be governed by the applicable GeM GTC, STC/SLA and bid conditions. In case of conflict, GeM provisions shall prevail.
• 15.Annual Turnover: The annual Turnover turnover shall be 10 lakhs for 3 years.
• 16.The principal Govt ITI Gumma has right to accept / reject the bid without assigning any reasons therof.
• 17.If any bidder fails to upload documents ask in ATC will be disqualified. .
