Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Registration of labour commissioner of Sri Vijaya puram is to be attached for tec hnical qualification. As per the terms and conditions of the contract, the billing process takes approx imately two months from the date all relevant documents (including the invoic e, EPF & ESI challan, payment receipt, and GST invoice) are submitted. This tim eline is required because the bills must be audited and payments are processed by a separate agency, the DCDA (SVP) office. Undertaking: Accordingly, to meet the technical qualification criteria, the firm m ust ensure the availability of sufficient funds to cover up to three months of pay ments, and must credit the individuals' accounts on or before the 7th of each m onth. .
