• 5.The bidder should have average annual turnover of ₹ 1 lakh during the financial ye ar 2023-24, 20 24-2025 and 2025-26. Bidders has to submit CA certified turnover det ails for the financial year 2023-24,2024-2025 and 2025-26.
• 6.The firm should submit the following documents along with the bid for evaluation: i.Documents in support of Experience Criteria. ii.Documents in support of Bidder Annual Turnover.
• 7.Commercial Experience Eligibility Criteria - shall be as follows: The firm must have past experience for manufacturing /supply of drawing based item s like clutch plate /couplings/coupling discs/special item custom need items in state Govt./CentralGovt. Organization/ PSU’s or Reputed private firms during last 5 year
• (OR)The firm should have past experience of manufacturing of drawing based items and must be supplied such items to O.F Ambernath /sister Factories /state govt. departm ent /central govt/PSU/reputed private firm during 07 years w.e.f .the tender publishin g date. i.Three orders each executed and supply of drawing based items ,where executed val ue is not less than the amount equal to ₹ 61950.00

• 8.Payment Terms - 100% Payment on delivery and acceptance of material at factory premises, which can be accepted. In such cases, payment is to be made within 30 da ys of receipt and acceptance of materials at the factory premises along with requisite /relevant documents from suppliers. 9) There can be occasions when excess/short supplies are made by the suppliers due to various reasons. These variations in supplies may be accepted with the approval o f CFA, subject to the value of such excess / short supplies not exceeding 5% (five per cent) of the original value of the contract. 10).Supply orders where the GST amount shall exceed ₹ 5,000.00/- The invoices sho uld be uploaded immediately by the supplier in GSTR-1/FF so that the invoice appear s in GSTR-2B of the branches. If not found in GSTR-2B of the branches. Payment shou ld be withheld unless it appears in the GSTR2B of the branch es. 11) All successful bidders must ensure that every service rendered or product supplie d under the contract is supported by a mandatory e-invoice as per prevailing GST re g ulations.
