- In case the bidder is other than the original manufacturer, a valid authorization from the original manufacturer shall be submitted along with the bid.
- Demo/Trial
- The buyer reserves the right to call for trial/demonstration of the quoted equipment during the technical evaluation process. The bidder shall arrange the demonstration at its own cost, as permissible under the prevailing GeM Terms & Conditions. Failure to provide the demonstration, if requested, may result in rejection of the technical bid.
- Specification
- The firm should comply with the specification uploaded in the bid at Buyer added ATC failure of which the bid will be rejected.
- Software updates 2
- 1. The bidder should submit that they will provide software updates for the equipment free of cost. 2. The bidder will provide one printer with the machine along with warranty and CAMC as provided to the machine.
