  • 2.The bidder may be called for a physical demonstration during the technical evaluation, failing of which may lead to disqualify in participation.
  • 3.The EMD/PBG/Invoices should be issued in favour of Executive Director AIIMS Bathinda.
  • 4.EMD Exemption: Under the MSE category, only manufacturers of the goods/products offered are eligible for exemption from EMD. Traders are excluded from the purview of this policy.
  • 5.Participation will be rejected in case of non-submission of EMD by the traders as per GeM Bid documents.
  • 6.The bidders have to submit Pre-Contract Integrity Pact duly notarised on the Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs 100 as uploaded in Buyer Added Bid Specific ATC.
  • 7.The warranty of the product should be 2 years and CMC of 8 years after the warranty period as per the l atest guidelines by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of India issued vide Z-28016/35/2024-PMS SY-IV-Part(1) (8288538) dated 30 Aug 2024.
  • 8.The Technical Specifications of the item will be acceptable strictly as per the specifications uploaded un der 'Buyer Added Bid Specific ATC'
  • 9.The bidder has to submit a declaration that the bidder has not quoted the price higher than previously s upplied to any government institution/organisation/reputed private organisation or DGS&D rate in the rece nt past. Therefore, if at any stage it has been found that the supplier has quoted lower rates than those q uoted in this tender of identical scope of work; the institute (the purchaser) would be given the benefit of l ower rates by the supplier and any excess payment if any, will become immediately payable to the AIIMS Bathinda.
  • 10.Common IP Addresses. Bidders may please note that GeM is capturing and showing the IP Addresses u sed by the buyer and the Bidder(s)/Seller(s). The received bids having a matching/common IP Address with either Bidder(s)/Seller(s) or Buyer, shall be outrightly rejected & shall not be considered for further evaluation.
  • 11.Please submit a declaration that no case is pending with the police against the Proprietor/firm/partner or the Company (Agency). Indicate any convictions in the past against the Company/firm/partner.
  • 12.The bidders are required to submit delivery certificates/Installation Certificates/CRAC along with work experience documents.
  • 13.The CDSCO certificate to be submitted by the bidder for the quoted items. .

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 2 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.
