OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

In case of any ambiguity or contradictio ns related to any of the provisions mentioned in ATC document, GeM bid document, GEM GTC, GAI L GPC etc., the provisions mentioned in the ATC document of this tender shall supersede and prev ail over any other condition. 2) Submit all Forms and Formats of the RFQ Document duly filled, signed and stamped. 3) Vendor has to submit their UDYAM registration certificate if they are an MSE, else they have to c larify if they are Non-MSE. 4) SCC and Technical Specifications shall be as per Annexure-IV, V of the Buyer Added Bid specific ATC document. Vendor shall submit SCC and Technical Specifications sheets men tioned in the Annexure-IV, V of the Buyer Added Bid Specific ATC document duly signed and stamped as an acceptance. 5) Power of Attorney (PoA) on the name of the person signing the Offer documents must be issued on your company's letterhead. 6) GST and PAN certificates must be attached. 7) After Award of Contract, in case of any variance in the terms and conditions between GEM contr act and SAP PO/ LOA, the terms and conditions of SAP PO/ LOA shall prevail. .
