Ø Even though the tenderers meet the above qualifying criteria, they are li able to be disqualified / debarred / suspended / blacklisted if they have Furnished false / fabricated particulars in the forms, statements and /an nexure submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and/or Record of poor progress such as abandoning the work, not properly co mpleting the contract, litigation history or financial failures etc. .
