NET WORTH: Net Worth of the OEM should be positive as per the last audited financial statement.

• 3.Turnover Bidder Turn Over Criteria: The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid document. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be uploaded with the bid. In case the date of constitution / incorporation of the bidder is less than 3 year old, the average turnover in respect of the completed financial years after the date of constitution shall be taken into account for this criteria.

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

• 1.The bidder has to submit a declaration on Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarised. The date of decla ration should not be before the bid publication date, confirming that the bidder has not been debarr ed/blacklisted either by any bid-inviting authority or by any organisation functioning under Central/S tate Government/Semi-Government and is also not suspended/watched on the GeM portal. The GeM Seller ID is to be specially mentioned in the Affidavit. The bid will be rejected without these docume nts.
• 2.The bidder has to produce a solvency certificate along with the bid for Rs. 30 lakh for each schedule. The certificate should be issued by a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank and should not be more than thr ee months old from the date of opening of the BID and should have a valid bank employee ID on the certificate.
• 3.E-PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE: The Bidder will be required to furnish an Electronic Performanc e Bank Guarantee (ePBG) through a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank for a sum equal to 3% of the Contr act value on receipt of the confirmed order.
• 4.EMD:The Bidders are required to furnish an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through a Nationalised/Sc heduled Bank in the form of a Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) for Rs. 1,50,000/- in favour of GE UTILITY P&M Delhi Cantt 10. Bidders are to upload a scanned copy/proof of the FDR along with the bid and h ave to ensure delivery of the hard copy to the buyer before the bid end date/bid opening date. .
