OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 1 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1) All bidders are required to submit their bids along with the price breakup, as per Annexure-B, in the Fin ancial Bid Document. 2) All bidders are required to submit their bids along with duly filled compliance statement as per annexur e-C attached in buyer added atc document. 3) While granting an extension of the delivery period, where the delivery of stores or any instalment there of is accepted after the expiry of the original delivery period, the CA may recover from the contractor, as a greed, as LD a sum equivalent to 0.5 (half) percent of the delivered price of the delayed Goods and/ or inci dental Works/ Services for each week of delay or part thereof until actual delivery or performance, subject to a maximum deduction of the 5% (or any other percentage if prescribed in the contract) of the total contr act value. In case of inordinate delay, this maximum deduction shall be 10% of the total contract value. 4) Inordinate Delays: Inexcusable delays of more than one-fourth (25%) of the total Completion period s hall be treated as inordinate delays. Such inordinate delays may be treated as a breach of contract and sh all be noted as deficient performance and held against the contractor in future tenders. A show-cause notic e shall be issued to the contractor before declaring it a deficient performance. In case Procuring Entity dec ides to allow performance of contract, after inordinate delays, maximum limit on LD shall be 10% ( instead of 5%) of the total contract value. .
