Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Bidder must upload the following documents:- 1. .Bidder must submit the signed copy of compliance to ATC.

• 2.Bid must be submitted by OEM or their authorised dealers only. In case where bid is submitted by autho rised dealer, bidder must attach bid specific authorisation from OEM. failing which offer shall be summarily rejected, without any back reference.
• 3.Bidder must attach past performance certificates of the brand offered along with their offer.
• 4.Documents in support of Make in India policy i.e. % of local content in the offered product for purchase p reference.
• 5.Documents in support of MSE registration.(for MSE purchase preference)
• 6.Latest copy of BIS for tendered item. [B]
• 1.Material to be strictly delivered as per consignee's description only i.e " Supply of ISI marked 1.1 KV 3X9 5, 1X70, 1X16 SQMM sq mm Aluminium conductor XLPE insulation aluminium alloy bare messenger aerial bunch cable as per IS: 14255 or latest".
• 2.The cable shall conform to IS 14255:1995, reaffirmed in 2005, or the latest applicable version thereof, al ong with all amendments issued up to the date of supply.
