Actual delivery (and Installation & Commissioning (if covered in scope of supply)) is to be done at following address Proof & Experimental Establishment (PXE), DRDO, CHANDIPUR, BALASORE, ODISHA - 756 025 .

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.

Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid, are to be uploaded along with the bid documents. Buyers can match and verify the Data Sheet with the product specifications offered. In case of any unexplained mismatch of technical parameters, the bid is liable for rejection.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 1 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• a)Bid Security Declaration in Lieu of EMD: Bidders may submit Bid Security Declaration accepting th at if they withdraw or modify their bid during the period of validity, or if they are awarded the contract and they fail to sign the contract, or to submit a performance security before the deadline defined in the reque st for bids document, they may be suspended for the period up to 2 years from being ligible to submit bids for contracts with any procuring entities of DD (R&D) or the bidder would be imposed a penalty equivalent to EMD amount.
• b)Performance Security-cum-Warranty Bond: Successful Bidder can submit Performance Security-cu m- Warranty Bond in the form of Bank Guarantee / FDR in favour of ‘ The Director, Proof & Experimental Es tablishment, DRDO, Chandipur, Odisha- 756 025’ amounting to 5% of contract value. The bond must valid for a period of 60 days beyond the original delivery period plus warranty period. Successful Bidder has to u pload scanned copy of the FDR document in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy of Origin al Bank Guarantee / FDR to the Buyer within 30 days of award of contract. Failure to submit the bond withi n the specified timeline shall attract Liquidated Damage (LD) at the rate of 0.5% of the bond amount per w eek or part thereof of delay. In case the delay exceeds sixty (60) days, the Contract is liable to be cancelle d and/ or other appropriate action may be initiated against the bidder as deemed necessary.
• c)Liquidated Damages (LD): If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods or not able to complete the job withi n the Delivery period (DP), Liquidated Damages (LD) will be charged @ 0.5% per week or part of the week of delayed period not exceeding 10% of the contract value.
• d)Payment Terms: 100% payment will be initiated within 10 days of issue of consignee receipt-cum-acc eptance certificate (CRAC).
• e)The successful seller has to provide the ‘Price Break-up’ of the contract / supply order.
• f)The successful bidder has to supply all essential accessories required for the successful inst allation and commissioning of the goods supplied. All the accessories must be part of supply a nd cost should be included in bid price. .
