Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Bidder shall submit the following documents along whit there bid for vender code creation 1) Copy of Pan Card 2) Copy of Gst Certificate 3) Cancel Cheque & Mandate Form 4) Copy of Eft Duly Certified by Bank > EMD Hard Copy Submit before opening the Bid > All Samples Should be Submitted before opening the Bid > All Product F Plus & FSSAI Marked If the Bidder not submit the document & sample before opening the bid the department have to right to dis qualified the bidder. All nutrition items supplied, shall strictly conform to the specifications, quality standards, packing requirem ents and applicable FSSAI standards, wherever applicable, specified in the GeM bid. The material must be f resh, fit for human consumption and within the prescribed shelf life. The sample submission is permitted under the applicable GeM bid/category, the bidder shall submit sampl es as required by the Buyer. The sample shall be evaluated strictly against the specifications prescribed in the bid. A bidder whose sample fails to meet the prescribed specifications may be declared technically non -responsive and shall not be considered for further evaluation, with the reasons for rejection recorded by t he Purchase Committee. The supplied material shall be subject to verification by the Purchase Committee at the time of delivery. A ny material found to be sub-standard, damaged, adulterated, expired/near expiry beyond the permissible l imit, deficient in quantity, or not conforming to the approved specifications may be rejected and the suppli er shall be required to replace the rejected material at his own cost, as per the terms and conditions . 80% of the payment shall be released to the successful/qualifying bidder after satisfactory supply, inspecti on and acceptance of the nutrition items as per the prescribed specifications . The remaining 20% shall be released after satisfactory completion of the distribution of the supplied Nutriti on to the Anganwadi Centres . .

ISO 9001: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certification.

Material Test Certificate Should Be Sent Along with The Supply. The Material Will Be Checked by Buyer’s Lab & the Results of the Lab will be the Sole Criteria for Acceptance of the Item.

The bidder is required to upload, along with the bid, all relevant certificates such as BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates as prescribed in the Product Specification given in the bid document.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Fixed Deposit Receipt made out or pledged in the name of A/C CDPO Gandoh . The bank should certify on it that the deposit can be withdrawn only on the demand or with the sanction of the pledgee. For release of EMD, the FDR will be released in the favour of the bidder by the Buyer after making endorsement on the back of the FDR duly signed and stamped along with covering letter. Bidder has to upload scanned copy/ proof of the FDR along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date/ Bid Opening date

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.
