OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1) It is mandatory/compulsory for all bidders to submit all annexures duly filled as per RFP and all other do cuments in RFP for evaluation without which the offer shall be rejected. 2) Bidder shall submit financial breakup as per bidding format ( Annexure-F1) 3) Bidder shall mandatorily submit Bid security declaration in lieu of Earnest Money Deposit as per Manual of Procurement of Goods Clause 6.1.1 ( Format attached in Buyer Added ATC document). Bids submitted without BSD declaration will be rejected without any further clarification. .

AVAILABILITY OF OFFICE OF SERVICE PROVIDER: An office of the Service Provider must be located in the state of Consignee. DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED.
