Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1) Source Restriction: The cable is restricted to be procured only from manufacturers having valid, i.e. oper ative, BIS License of the tendered IS specification (IS: 694) . Dealers can quote with bid specific authorizati on letter from OEM, otherwise their offer shall be summarily rejected without any back reference. The onu s to upload the valid BIS License along with the offer shall be on the firm. 2) ISI MARKING: The cable shall be ISI marked. 3) BIS LICENCE: Bidders must enclose valid BIS License (IS 694) along with their bid, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference. 4) Colour Distribution: The total quantity of cables for each depot shall be distributed equally among the fo ur specified colors - Red, Yellow, Blue and Black. Any surplus cables beyond the equal distribution shall be supplied in Black color. 5) Quantity Tolerance- Minus (-) 5% within PO quantity is acceptable. 6) Similar item means Copper cables as per IS 694 , but of same/different sizes. 7)Warranty period: 30 months from the date of delivery. 8)Acceptance test as per 694-2010, (Reaffirmed 2020) with all amendments has to be conducted by Inspe ction Agency and Acceptance Test report has to be submitted a long with supply of material. .
