OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED luminaires, LED retrofit lamps a nd occupancy sensors with control wiring, including removal of old fittings and lux surv ey before and after installation, along with 05 years On-Site Warranty at INCOIS, Hyder abad. 1) Warranty Five (5) years on-site warranty from the date of commissioning and handover, covering fittings, dri vers, lamps, sensors, cable work and workmanship, including parts, labour and access equipment. Nothing extra is payable for any service, part or visit during the five years. During the warranty: – Unlimited breakdown calls; every fault reported by INCOIS shall be attended at no extra cost. – Preventive inspection once every six months (10 visits in all), with a service report signed by the Engineer-in-Charge. – Attendance within 48 hours of a reported fault and rectification within 7 days. – Replacement with the same or a better approved model only. – If a call is not attended within 7 days, or a half-yearly visit is missed, INCOIS may get the wor k done through another agency and recover the cost from the next invoice. 2) Delivery / Completion period: Completion within 10 weeks from the date of receipt and accepta nce of the Purchase Order on GeM (“Contract Completion Period”). 3) Payment terms:

• (a)First payment, 90%: of the contract value will be paid within 30 days after completion of th e entire work — supply, installation, testing, commissioning, lux survey report (Section 6), handov er and return of old fittings to Stores — on submission of the ink-signed invoice, test and commissi oning reports, lux survey report, warranty certificate and completion certificate from the Engineer-in-Charge
• (b)Final payment, 10%: after successful completion of the five-year warranty, or earlier against a bank guarantee of 110% of this amount from a nationalised / scheduled bank valid for 5 years 2 months (Annexure-IV), on a certificate from the Engineer-in-Charge that no complaint is pending.
• (c)Measured items will be paid on actual measurement. Net payment will be released after statut ory deductions. 4) Quantities: Quantities are the Department’s assessment and will be fixed by joint measurement . Payment is on the quantity actually executed . .
