Special-Instructions PAN India service support on 24 x 7 basis, Availability; of spares in close proximity (Sp ares should be easily available close to the site). Delivery Schedule: 100 Nos. UPS - 51 Nos. at Nagpur and 36 Nos. at Bhusawal, 05 nos. at CSMT HQ office and 08 Nos. at Pune . Product verification - A unique devic e serial number shall be provided by the seller at the time of supply, which is mentioned on the product. T he buyer/consignee shall be able to verify the complete product details, including configuration, through th e OEM website. Special Eligibility Criteria:- The purchaser reserves the right to place order for entire /bulk qty on firms whic h have satisfactorily executed at least one single purchase order of any Zonal Rly/PU/CORE for the tendere d item for a minimum of 20 percent of the tendered quantity within a span of last 03 years from the date o f closing of this tender, in terms of Clause 3.4 of the Section II of 'CENTRAL RAILWAY BID DOCUMENT (Upd ated) JANUARY 2024. Requisite documents in support of the above must be uploaded by the firms along wi th offer in terms of Clause 3.4.2 of the Section II of 'CENTRAL RAILWAY BID DOCUMENT (Updated) JANUARY 2024. Special Instructions:- Participation by Manufacturers is preferred. Agents/Dealers participating in tender on behalf of manufacturers must provide tender specific authorization (TSA) letter issued by the OEM. Bidders must upload above authorization letter with their offer failing which their offer is liable to be passed over.

• i)In a tender, either the authorized agent/dealer on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself c an bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item in the same tender. Further, against a partic ular tender, one Principal/OEM should not issue Tender Specific Authorization to more than one agent/deal er. Such offers with different terms against a particular product, if treated as ambiguous offers, the bidder(
• s)or their Principal/OEM will have no right to lodge any claim. ii) If an authorized agent/dealer submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same agent/dealer shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in same tender for the same item/product and such bids wi ll be summarily rejected. iii) Trader/Authorized Dealer should mention name of Manufacturer, make and complete address in their bi d for inspection of material at OEM works. Note: In case of contradiction between GeM selected specification and specification mentioned in buyer ad ded text based ATC then buyer added text based ATC specification will be overriding and acceptable speci ficatio n. .
