OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25 during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence fr delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the addition the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additio delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• (e)The material supplied shall be genuine, unused and standard qual shall conform to the specifications mentioned in the bid.
• (f)Bidder must upload relevant manufacturing/ product documents a icable statutory documents in the bid.
• (g)The material supplied shall bear proper batch number manufactu e, expiry date and statutory labelling, wherever applicable.
• (h)The material supplied shall have adequate remaining shelf life at t of delivery and shall not be expired.
• (j)Any damged, expired, defective, tampered or non conforming mat all be replaced by the supplier at his own cost and risk.
