Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

  • 1.The items shall be guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.
  • 2.Material test certificate for chemical composition of material shall be furnished along with supply from Go vt. approved testing agency.
  • 3.Maximum permissible shaft run-out is 0.02 mm. Certificate for shaft run-out shall be furnished along with supply. Final inspection of shaft run-out & dimensions shall be carried out in BVFCL after delivery. In case the shaft run-out exceeds 0.02mm, the shaft shall be rejected and successful bidder has to provide replace ment shaft at the earliest. Run-out of the replacement shaft shall again be carried out before clearance of i nspection.
  • 4.Dimensional Accuracy Certificate shall be furnished along with supply.
  • 5.Material shall be packed properly in wooden box to avoid damage during transportation.
  • 6.Payment shall be made in 30 days after receipt and acceptance of materials at site. INTERNAL RECORD NUMBER: N-III/MECH/26/66U-2658 (ARIJIT NANDI/20053) .
