Buyer Added text based ATC clauses SCOPE OF WORK: - Scope includes Manufacture and Delivery of one no. 1590 Kg N om. Wt. Stockless Bower Anchor as per the specifications attached (Anchor in use) an d conditions given below: - Specification: The specification of the 1590 Kg Nom. Wt Stockless Bower anchor (in use) is attached. Conditions:
- I.The Anchor should have manufacturer’s test certificate. II.The Anchor should be tested and certified by IRS / any other Classification Society (approved IACS member). III. The Anchor should have IRS / any other Classification Society approved IA CS member stamping. IV. The Anchor should be manufactured as per relevant [IS] standards or International Equivalent [IEC] standards under supervision of any IACS mem ber during every stage and Stage Supervision Certificates are to be submitte d during delivery.
- V.Guarantee certificate (one year validity) should be submitted during delive ry. VI. Technical Specification/Brochure showing all details of Anchor should be s ubmitted. VII. The rate quoted should be inclusive of freight charges, duties etc. The appli cable GST should be mentioned separately. VIII. Tender will be published with applicable SMP, Kolkata and existing Govt. t erms and conditions. NB: Please be noted that MII purchase preference and MSE purchase prefer ence will be applicable as per the margin of (L1 + 20%) and (L1+15 %) respectively. As the work related could not be split, the whole work would be given to the eligible bidder. The bid is reserved for MII Class-I Local supplier only. .
